  • To qualify, you must be a CIPC-registered South African business with a clear route to market (retail, e-commerce, B2B sales, or system integration). At least one director must provide a certified ID copy. A valid tax compliance status is required where applicable. There is no minimum order quantity, making it easy for businesses of all sizes to get started. Most established businesses already meet these requirements.

  • No, there are no joining fees, annual fees, or membership costs. We review all applications within 48 hours. Once approved, we send partner agreements and start Partner Onboarding.

  • Absolutely. We provide training and sales resources to help new partners succeed from day one.

  • Partners receive exclusive pricing with margins detailed after approval.

  • Yes. Partners are free to set their own retail prices in line with South African competition law. We provide recommended retail pricing (RRP) guidelines for reference only, to support market consistency and brand positioning.

  • There is no minimum order quantity. However, better pricing applies as order volumes increase.

  • All Tsukuru devices come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty handled through our local SA support team. Partners are responsible for first-line customer support (troubleshooting), but we handle all warranty repairs or replacements. All in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs are handled by our local SA team.

  • We provide you with all the resources you need to succeed. Partners can request live training sessions for their sales teams (virtual or in-person depending on location). Partners receive partner portal access and support from our team via phone, WhatsApp, and email, with responses targeted within 24 hours.

  • Yes. Partners may sell through any owned channel, including physical retail stores, their own e-commerce websites, direct sales, etc. Many partners successfully operate across multiple channels. To avoid channel conflict, sales on third-party marketplaces such as Takealot, Makro, Amazon, Bob Shop and Loot are managed directly by Tsukuru. Partners are not allowed to sell on these marketplaces.

  • Yes. Tsukuru devices are ICASA type approved and CE compliant, meeting South African regulatory requirements.
