Karabo Mothulwe
Co-founder & CEO
Karabo has served as CEO of Tsukuru since 2019, leading the company’s strategic positioning and sustained commercial growth.
He brings over 15+ years of experience within several multinational FMCG and ICT organizations, where he held commercially focused senior roles spanning across sales and finance. His background provides deep exposure to revenue growth models, market expansion strategy, and cross-functional execution within complex corporate environments.
An Economics graduate of the University of Pretoria, Karabo combines analytical rigor with practical commercial insight enabling disciplined decision-making and scalable growth. During his studies, Karabo trained professionally at a High Performance Centre (HPC) at the University of Pretoria and represented South Africa at the Beijing Olympic Games, earning Protea Colours in rowing.
This foundation of resilience, accountability, and high performance under pressure continues to inform his leadership approach. Under his leadership, Tsukuru has evolved into a strategically focused, performance-driven organisation positioned for sustainable impact.
Jurgita Stasiukaityte
Co-founder & COO
Jurgita brings over 15+ years of international experience across FMCG, ICT, and consulting, with deep expertise in business process optimization, organizational effectiveness, and brand strategy execution.
Her career spans complex multinational environments across Europe, Africa, and Asia, including business process management work supporting large-scale organizations such as NATO, as well as leading brand strategy development and implementation for a global FMCG player. This cross-sector exposure enables her to align operational systems, commercial strategy, and brand positioning to deliver measurable performance outcomes.
Jurgita holds an MBA (Magna Cum Laude) and a BSc in Economics from Vilnius University. Having lived in 9 countries, Jurgita is an endurance athlete and global explorer, having completed marathons and travelled to over 50 countries. These pursuits reflect the same resilience, curiosity, and disciplined execution that define her professional leadership style.
At Tsukuru, she integrates operational excellence with bold strategic vision, driving operational excellence, marketing strategy, team cohesion, and sustainable growth.
